Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
