Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of January 1999, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 28th day of January 1999,
No. 8 at page 220, by adding after "Part register book 9B/1364" for each area of land contained in the First Schedule, "and part C.T. 14B/623".
