Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule shall be protected private land for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of the Act.

11.5587 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 21159, being all the land in certificate of title M3/84 (Hawke's Bay District).
