Pursuant to section 25 Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, the Chief Executive of Land Information New Zealand hereby notifies that Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu has selected the Isle Street property described in the Schedule hereto and has complied with its settlement obligations in respect to the property.
The reservation over the Isle Street property is therefore revoked, and the appointment of the Queenstown Lakes District Council to control and manage the property shall cease from 22 February 2000.
