Pursuant to section 26 Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, the Chief Executive of Land Information New Zealand hereby notifies that Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu has selected the Wanaka Plantation property described in the Schedule hereto and has complied with its settlement obligations in respect to the property.
The reservation over the Wanaka Plantation property is therefore revoked from 22 February 2000 and is ceased to be vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council.
