Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, notifies that on the 16th day of December 1999 the Napier City Council resolved that the area of land vested in the council and described in the Schedule shall be a local purpose (sport fishing club) reserve.

Hawke's Bay Land District-Napier City
First: 3950 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 16242 and being all of the land in certificate of title H4/1195 (Hawke's Bay Registry).
Second: 40 square metres, more or less, being part Town Section 723, Napier, being part of the land in certificate of title H4/1199 (Hawke's Bay Registry).
