Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into:
(a) An easement granting a right to drain sewage in gross described in the First Schedule is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) An easement granting a right to convey water in gross described in the Third Schedule is hereby acquired over the land described in the Fourth Schedule of this notice and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
