Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, notifies that on 11 August 1999, the Napier City Council resolved that the area of land vested in the council and described in the Schedule shall be a local purpose (boating club) reserve.

3.4430 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 16242 and being all of the land in certificate of title H4/1194 (Hawke's Bay Registry).
