Pursuant to section 323 (1) of the Local Government Act 1974, the road described in the Schedule hereunto, is hereby transferred to the Crown as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, without consideration and shall cease to be road.

Unformed legal road containing 1.5 hectares, more or less, being section 1 on S.O. Plan 24951.
