Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserves described in the Schedule, as local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
