Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, amends the notice for Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Gisborne District Council published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 November 1999, No. 173, Page 4110, by replacing the words "Section 9" in the second item of the Schedule with the words "Section 12".
