Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that
New Zealand Building Subcontractors Federation Incorporated AK. I.S. 853007 was carrying on its operations at the date of its dissolution on or about the
6th day of September 2000, under section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and on the 17th day of November 2000, made a declaration that such dissolution
be revoked.
