Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that The Wellington Youth Choir Incorporated WN. I.S. 502453 was carrying on its operations at the date of its dissolution on or about the 28th day of September 2000, under section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and on the 16th day of November 2000, made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.
