Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution of the society on the 12th day of February 1998, the surplus moneys of the Society, estimated at $2000, be divided equally among the following:
Newlands College, Raroa Intermediate School, Karori Northland Uniting Parish and Karori Scout Group.
No appeal from this decision shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered within 1 month after the 27th day of October 2000, being the date of the said direction.
