Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of a Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Pursuant to Section 27 (5) of the Incorporated Societies
Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution of the society on or around the 23rd day of July 1979, the land described
in the Schedule hereto, being a surplus asset of the society, be vested, subject to all charges, encumbrances, estates
and interests affecting it, in the Royal New Zealand
Plunket Society (Dunedin North Branch) Incorporated DN. I.S. 226210, an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
No appeal from this decision shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered within 1 month after the 27th day of October 2000, being the date of the said direction.
Schedule
An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 215 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 2 on
Plan 3123, Township of Duddingstone, and also part of Section 5 on the public maps of North East Valley District and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title Volume 198, folio 89 (Otago Registry).
