Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that Kilbirnie-Lyall Bay-Rongotai Progressive Association Incorporated WN. I.S. 401052 was carrying on its operations at the date of its dissolution on or about the 20th day of November 1997 under section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and on the 27th day of October 2000, made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.
