Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 28th day of August 1996 of Waikato Multiple Sclerosis Society Incorporated HN. I.S. 213337 was made in error and on the 3rd day of October 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
