Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies
Act 1908
Ewan Ronald Price of Auckland, solicitor, was appointed as liquidator of the society by resolution of the members on the 20th day of January 2000 at 7.30 p.m. (the date and time the liquidation commenced), confirming a resolution passed on the 2nd day of December 1999.
Notice to all Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidator of the society, I fix the 24th day of February 2000 as the day on or before which creditors of the Society are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution make before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
The liquidation will be conducted in accordance with
Part XVI of the Companies Act 1993 with such modifications as are necessary for an incorporated society.
