Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar is satisfied that Mackenzie Gun Club Incorporated CH. I.S. 220162 was carrying on its operations at the date of its dissolution in or about 1991, under section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and on the 24th day of July 2000, made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.
