Section 26 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 23rd day of January 1991 of Bay of Plenty Master Builders Association Incorporated HN. I.S. 214384 was made in error and on the 17th day of July 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
