Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 15th day of April 1999 of Boscabel Residents Association Incorporated HN. I.S. 604665 was made in error and on the 10th day of July 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
