The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 15th day of April 1999 of WAIKATO COMPUTERS IN EDUCATION SOCIETY INCORPORATED HN. I.S. 338140 was made in error and on the 11th day of January 2000 made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
