The Registrar is satisfied that PUKEKAWA COTTAGE SOCIETY (INCORPORATED) HN. I.S. 1959/118 was carrying on its operations on 22 March 1983, the date of its dissolution under section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and on 6 December 1999, made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.
