The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied
that Auckland Kiwifruit Growers Association (Incorporated) Society AK. 222749 and Whangarei Astronomical Society Incorporated AK. 223608 have ceased to carry on their operations and accordingly as from the date of this declaration they have been dissolved.
