Pursuant to Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar is satisfied that NGATI ONE ONE INCORPORATED HN. 496842 was carrying on its operations on 15 October 1997, the date of its dissolution under section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and on 6 December 1999, made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.
