Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated 25 January 1996 of LAKES HIGH SQUASH RACKETS CLUB INCORPORATED HN. 212353 was made in error and on the 15th day of May 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
