Direction for Disposal of Assets
Pursuant to Section 28 (1) and Section 27 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies, being satisfied
that TAIAOTEA BUFFALO HALL SOCIETY INCORPORATED, registration number AK. 223561, is no longer carrying on its operations, on the 24th day of March 2000 made a declaration that it is dissolved as from that date and directs, pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that all of the assets of the said society shall be transferred to G. R. Griffin of Takapuna and
F. S. N. Willis of Devonport as trustees of the DEVONPORT LODGE NO. 15 OF THE ROYAL ANTEDILUVIAN ORDER OF BUFFALOS.
