On 11 December 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, William Karaka Kokiri, of 65 Coopers Road, Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol, subsequent offence - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1986 Holden Berlina motor vehicle, registration No. YD 3291
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
