Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: G-clamps from the United Kingdom Amendment No. 1 (Amendment of Amount of Anti-dumping Duty)

Pursuant to section 14 (6) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, the Minister of Commerce gives the following notice:
N o t i c e
1. Title and Commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the "Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: G-Clamps From The United Kingdom: Amendment No. 1 (Amendment to Amount of Anti-Dumping Duty)."
(2) This notice shall be read together with and deemed part of the notice entitled "Final Determination: G-Clamps From The United Kingdom" published on page 43 of the New Zealand Gazette of 11 January 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(3) This notice shall take effect on the day after the date on which it is published in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Anti-Dumping Duty Amended¾The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the Second Schedule in the principal notice, and substituting the Schedule set out in this notice.

Amount of Anti-dumping Duty
The amount of anti-dumping duty to be paid in respect of the subject goods shall be equal to the amount by which the free-on-board value (being "Customs value" as defined in section 2 (1) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996) is less than the following non-injurious free-on-board import prices:
