Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 7 December 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Stephen Trevor Weller was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that the following motor vehicle:
Nissan Pulsar, registration No. MS 9919
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
