Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
An order was made in the Queenstown District Court
on 27 November 2000 against Kelvin John Trevathan of 13 Goldridge Apartments, Queenstown, for the confiscation of a
1988 Nissan Cefiro, registration No. UI 8059.
It is a condition of the order that the offender shall not, within 12 months after the date of the order, acquire any interest in any motor vehicle.
