In accordance with section 14 (7) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 ("the Act"), I hereby terminate, with effect from 14 July 1999, the imposition of anti-dumping duty imposed on sweetened condensed milk in retail sized cans not exceeding 450 grams from Thailand due to the cessation of production of like goods in New Zealand.
The notice given by the Minister of Commerce entitled "Final Determination: Sweetened Condensed Milk From Thailand" dated 28 April 1995 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette of 4 May 1995 is hereby revoked.
