Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 27th day of January 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Pomare Penehuro Tualega, of Flat 6/41 Miro Street, Mount Maunganui, was convicted and fined $500.00, court costs $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 14 June 2000, following his conviction on 27 January 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, R. G. Paterson and K. Hurley, Community Magistrates, have ordered that a:
Holden Belmont motor vehicle, registration No. HC 7176
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Pomare Penehuro Tualega, be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga by 4.00 p.m. on the 27th day of January 2000.
