Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 Hepetema 1999, which was granted under those regulations to Wayne Apatu, in respect of Te Rongopai Kohanga Reo (55114), situated at 18 Walter Street, Takapau, Hawke's Bay.
The centre has ceased to operate.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
