Take notice that I, Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in all that parcel of land containing 2.0234 hectares or thereabouts situated in Block XIV of the Selwyn Survey District, being Rural Section 39708, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 8K/1289, Canterbury Land Registry, being property formerly held by Addington Joinery Limited (formerly The Addington Timber Company Limited), a company removed from the Companies Register on 21 August 1996 and formerly having its registered office at Christchurch.
And I certify that the vesting of the said property did not come to my notice until 3 July 2000.
