The Chiropractic Board prescribes the following fees payable (all inclusive of G.S.T.). This notice is given under the authority of section 41A of the Chiropractors Act 1982 ("the Act") and shall come into force on 2 March 2000.
(a) Registration Fees:
Application for registration, under section 16 of the Act, shall be $150.00.
Issue of a certificate of registration, under section 19 of the Act, shall be $30.00.
Issue of a certificate of temporary registration, under section 23 of the Act, shall be $300.00.
(b) Annual Practising Certificate:
Issue of an annual practising certificate for the year ending 31 March 2000 shall be $750.00.
Issue of an annual practising certificate for years after the year ending 31 March 2000 shall be $1,100.00.
(c) Documents and Copies of Certificate:
Issue of a copy of any certificate shall be $30.00. Supplying to a chiropractor any document for the purposes of seeking registration overseas shall be $50.00.
(d) Examination Fees
Examinations set or recognised by the Board, under section 14 of the Act, shall be $700.00.
