On 9 November 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Demelza Smith, of 111 Darraghs Road, Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol - and in addition to the sentence imposed on her, the Court has ordered that a
1989 Mitsubishi Galant motor vehicle, registration No. RJ 6750
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
