On 17 October 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua,
Jack Tiwa Te Papa, of 25 Monokia Street, Rotorua, was convicted and disqualified from holding or obtaining
a motor driver's licence for twelve (12) months
from 17 October 2000, following his conviction on
17 October 2000, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (1) and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge C. J. McGuire has ordered that a
Toyota motor vehicle, registration No. JR 6592
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on 17 October 2000.
