Quentin Te Herewini Kiriona, of 513B Te Ngae Road, Rotorua, was convicted and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for six (6) months
from 19 September 2000, following his conviction on
20 September 2000, for an offence of driving while disqualified (1) and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge P. W. Cooper has ordered that a
Mitsubishi motor vehicle, registration No. LI 9987
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on 20 September 2000.
