On 26 July 1999 at the District Court at Rotorua,
Micheal Tiniwiti Karauria, of 11 Vaughan Road, Rotorua, was convicted and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for one (1) year from 26 July 1999, following his conviction on 26 July 1999, for an offence
of driving while disqualified (1) and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge P. J. Bate has ordered that a
Holden motor vehicle, registration No. PN 4309
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on 26 July 2000.
