On 21 September 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua,
Lucky William Ihaia, of 8 Jet Place, Rotorua, was convicted and disqualified from holding or obtaining
a motor driver's licence for twelve (12) months
from 21 September 2000, following his conviction on
21 September 2000, for an offence of driving while disqualified (1) and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge P. W. Cooper has ordered that a
Mazda motor vehicle, registration No. XI 4441
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on 21 September 2000.
