Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 10 October 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Scott David Steiner, 233 State Highway No. 33, Paengaroa, was convicted of the following offence - dangerous
driving - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Honda Integra motor vehicle, registration No. XK 4452
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
