Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, to vary the scheduled international air service licence first granted on 30 May 2000 to Air China International to authorise the airline to operate up to 3 B747 services per week from points in China, via Sydney, to Auckland.
This licence variation took effect on 10 October 2000.
