Pursuant to section 16 (2) of the Accident Insurance (Transitional Provisions) Act 2000, I, The Honourable
Dr Michael Cullen, Treasurer/Minister of Finance, on behalf of shareholding Ministers, do hereby give notice that At Work Insurance Limited must pay to the manager $2,562,720.53 in consideration for the vesting of assets and liabilities under section 16 (1) of that Act.
