Michael John Brown, of 20 Roycroft Street, Waihi, was convicted of the following offence - refusing to permit blood specimen to be taken - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Ford Fairmont motor vehicle, registration No. YY 9916
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
