In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 300 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Louis Fontaine et Fils Limited:
Take notice that I, Geoffrey Mark Dangerfield, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf
of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of
Her Majesty the Queen in an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing forty-one point two five one seven hectares (41.2517ha) more or less, being part section 8, Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 4C/747, Marlborough Land Registry, being a property formerly held by Louis Fontaine et Fils Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 13 October 1995, and formerly having its registered office at Auckland.
And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until 14 September 2000.
