Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence issued on 18 May 2000, which was granted under those regulations to Jocelyn Rooney in respect of Children's World Learning Centre No. 10 (25290), situated at 525 Ellerslie Panmure Highway, Panmure, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
