Mazda motor vehicle, registration No. YA 6954
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Leon John
Tinsley, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5 p.m. on the 14th day of December 1999.
