On the 14th day of December 1999 at the District Court at Hamilton, Scott Douglas Cairns of 18 Kowhai Street, Hamilton was convicted and sentenced to 3 months imprisonment to be followed by 12 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for an indefinite period from 14 December 1999, following his conviction on 14 December 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (3rd or subsequent offence) and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge A. E. McAloon has ordered that a
Ford Cortina motor vehicle, registration No. KJ 346
owned by the above-named defendant, Scott Douglas Cairns, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 14th day of December 1999.
