Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act
1985, an order was made in the District Court at Timaru on 1 September 2000, against Phillip Brendon Page for the confiscation of the following vehicle:
1980 Ford Cortina, registration No. JO 8240;
and on 11 September 2000, against Nicholas McKay Chapman for the confiscation of the following vehicle:
1973 Holden, registration No. GR 8547;
and on 15 September 2000, against Richard Andrew McIntyre for the confiscation of the following vehicle:
1987 Ford Sierra, registration No. NP 2286.
